I'm still going strong with the meditating but it's time to make some more changes. My body feels like shit. I feel soft, weak, and tired. I think I feel my age. It sucks.
I'm 44. Not old at all, but definitely past the easy days of getting fit. I'd love to start an ambitious workout program but I'm pretty sure that'll fail out of the gate. I do pretty well with monotony and routine. I think I'll start with 10 days of 10 sun salutations. It isn't much, when I hit ten I'll tack on more.
So here's to moving.
